The correct option is A 346
The double strand DNA has total 1300 H bond of which 20% is adenine, hence the total no. of hydrogen bonds in adenine is 260 (20 x 1300 ÷ 100 ) as one adenine is made up of 2 hydrogens there are total 130 ( 260 ÷ 2 ) adenine, the remaining H bonds from 1300 is 1040 ( 1300 - 260 ) which are of guanine ,as one guanine bond is made up of 3 H bonds hence the no. of guanine bonds is 346 ( 1040 ÷ 3 ) .
So the correct answer is " 346 ".
