$V\propto I$ $\Rightarrow V=IR$ (here $R$ is the proportionality constant known as Resistance.)

Hence, the relationship between current $I$ and resistance $R$ could be written as, $I=\frac{V}{R}$ i.e. for the constant value of voltage, the current is inversely proportional to the resistance.
