Let the required number of kilos of tea II be x.

Tea type I 10 kg cost 90 RS/kg

Tea type II x kg cost 72 RS/kg

Mixture is (10+x) kg wih cos 78 RS/kg

sum of individual components=90*10+72x

quantity in mixture=78(10 +x)

sum of individual components = quantity in mixture

90*10+72x=78(10 +x)

900+72x =780+78 x

72x -78 x = 780-900

72x -78 x = -120
