How many lines of symmetry can be drawn in the given figure

A figure is said to be a symmetrical, if we fold it along a line and two halves so obtained exactly overlap each other.

The axis of the shape which divides the shape into two identical halves, vertically is called a vertical line of symmetry.

The line which runs across the image thus it divides it into two identical halves is called a horizontal line of symmetry.

So, there are two number of lines of symmetry in the above figure
