= 1800 cm

Now, area of the mouth of the cylindrical pipe = 5 $c{m}^2$

$\therefore$Volume = 1800 $\times 5=9000c{m}^3$

Thus, required volume of water in litres = 9 l [$\because 1litre=1000c{m}^3]$
