Considering 24m as the slant height...
The area required to make the conical tent is: $\pi rl$

$l=\sqrt{r^2+h^2}$
which is =$\pi \times 7\times 25$
= 550 sq.m
so the length required= $\frac{550}{2.5}=220m$
