When acetylated with acetic anhydride (OOCCH3), glucose forms a pentaacetate.

The reaction is as follows:

In the given reaction, 1M of glucose is producing glucose pentaacetate i.e. it contains 5 OAC group.

Therefore, 2M of glucose will produce glucose pentaacetate containing 10OAC group.

Hence, 10 moles of acetic anhydride will be required to form glucose pentaacetate from 2M of glucose.
