Fe2O3 + 3CO 2Fe +3CO2

3 moles of CO gives 2 moles of Fe on reaction with Fe2O3

1 mole of CO gives 23 moles of Fe on reaction with Fe2O3

16 moles of CO gives = (23 × 16) moles of Fe

= 10.67

So, 10.67 moles of iron can be made from Fe2O3 by the use of 16 mol of CO.
