Divisibility by 2: A number is divisible by 2 if it has any of the digits 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8 in its one's place.
In counting numbers, half of the number is divisible by 2.
For example:
(i) In 1 to 4, 2 numbers are divisible by 2, which are 2 and 4.
(ii) In 1 to 10, 5 numbers are divisible by 2, which are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10.
Similarly, in 1 to 50, there are 25 numbers divisible by 2.
