Solution

Antipyretics are drugs/ chemical substances which reduce fever.

(I) Morphine acts as opioid analgesics. (II) Codeine acts as opioid and used as cough suppresant usually (III) Barbituric acid is a tranquilizer not an antipyretic. (IV) (Aspirin acts both as analgesic and as antipyretics ) (V)Phenactein also acts as antipyretic. (VI) Paracetamol is also an antipyretic. (VII) Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory drug class that is used for treating pain, fever, and inflammation. So it is also an antipyretic. (VIII) Diclofenac sodium is an anti-inflammatory drug class that is used for treating pain and inflammation. It has analgesic and antipyretic activities. (IX) Naproxen is also an antipyretics used for treatment of pain. (X) Navalgin is also an antipyretic drug.
So all are antipyretics except barbituric acid.
