The correct option is C \N
When a reaction proceeds through a carbocation intermediate. It forms a stable carbocation. Usually carbocation will undergo rearrangement to form stable carbocation.
Ring expansion is also a rearrangement of carbocation to form stable carbocation.
In (a), tertiary carbocation is stable so it doesnot undergo ring expansion as it already stable.
In (b), tertiary carbocation is stable so it doesnot undergo ring expansion because 7 membered ring is less stable than 6 membered ring.
In (c), ring expansion or ring opening is not possible because it does not have a carbon chain attached to the ring.
Hence none of the compound will go under ring expansion.
