So, Volume of the hall, $V = 16 \times 12.5 \times 4.5 = 900 m^{3}$

Therefore total number of persons can be accommodated in a hall is $= \frac{T o t a l v o l u m e}{v o l u m e r e q u i r e d b y e a c h p e r s o n}$

$= \frac{900}{3.6}$

$= 250$ people.
