Glycolysis of one molecule of glucose produces 2 PGAL, thus three molecules of glucose will produce 6 PGAL.

During glycolysis, two ATP molecules are utilized for the conversion of glucose to fructose 1- 6, bis phosphate.

When two molecules of PGAL are completely oxidized during aerobic respiration, a total of 40 ATP molecules is released.
Therefore 3*40 = 120 ATP molecules are released upon complete oxidation of 6 molecules of PGAL.
