$\therefore$ Volume of plank $=l\times b\times h=200\times 25\times 8c{m}^3$

$=40000c{m}^3$

Length of block (l)=5m =500 cm

Width (b)=70 cm

and thickness (h)=32 cm

$\therefore$ Volume of block $=500\times 70\times 32c{m}^3$

Number of planks $=\frac{\text{Volume of block}}{Volumeofplank}$

$=\frac{500\times 70\times 32}{40000}$

$=\frac{1120000}{40000}=28$
