The correct option is B 8
Take a rectangle and cut into 4 equal pieces and color 1 of them which represents 14.Now divide 14 by 2: Cut the rectangle using a horizontal line into two equal halves .

We have cut this into 8 small rectangles out of which only 1 part is colored which represents 18.
Hence, 14÷2=18 where 8 represents small rectangles.
