Question
How many rounds Elisa has to jog to cover 4 km if each side of the square park is 50 m?
Open in App
Solution
Each side of the square park = 50 m
1 round of the square park = 50 m × 4 = 200 m
Total distance covered by Elisa = 4 km = 4000 m
Number of rounds covered by Elisa = 4000 m ÷ 200 m
= 20
Thus, Elisa has to cover 20 rounds to cover 4 km.
