A normal adult human has a set of 32 teeth, which (except for wisdom teeth) would have been developed by about age 13. They are:
8 Incisors | - The middle four teeth on the upper and lower jaws. |
4 Canines | - The pointed teeth right next to the incisors. |
8 Premolars | - The teeth between the canines and molars. |
12 Molars | - The teeth present in the corner-most parts of the jaws. |
