  1. Symptoms of disease are frequently a set of developed responses - sickness behaviour of the body – that help removes infection and promote recovery, rather than a direct outcome of infection.
  2. Lethargy, depression, loss of appetite, tiredness, and inability to focus are all symptoms of sickness.
  3. I was sick three times last year.
  4. Typhoid, diarrhoea, and viral fever were the ailments.
  5. Typhoid fever is a bacterial infection caused by a particular strain of Salmonella.
  6. Symptoms can range from moderate to severe and appear anywhere between 6 and 30 days following exposure.
  7. High temperature, weakness, abdominal pain, constipation, headaches, and moderate vomiting are all symptoms.
  8. Dysentery is an intestinal infection that results in severe bloody diarrhoea.
  9. Fever, stomach pain, and a sense of incomplete defecation are all possible symptoms.
  10. The term "viral fever" refers to a condition in which viral infections cause an increase in body temperature.
  11. Chills, sweating, dehydration, muscle aches, and a sensation of weakness are some of the symptoms.

(a) In order to avoid any further illnesses, I'd like to make the following changes to my habits:

  1. Take a bath every day.
  2. Keeping the house clean, especially the kitchen, to avoid establishing a mosquito breeding ground.
  3. Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet.
  4. Drink filtered or boiling water that is safe and pure, and avoid eating exposed food.

(b) In order to avoid any such illnesses, I would like to make the following changes in my environment:

  1. To prevent rubbish from accumulating in the building/society.
  2. To maintain the society clean by discarding the trash in the provided garbage cans.
  3. To keep stagnant water out of the environment.
