Last year I suffered from common cold, amoebic dysentery, and malaria.​

The changes that I have decided to make in habits to avoid illnesses are as follows:​

a) Eating fresh, healthy food and drink purified water.​

b) Using mosquito net/repellents.​

c) Maintaining distance from infected person.​

d) Washing my hands regularly.​

e) Sanitizing objects that I share with an infected person.​


The changes that I wish to make in my surroundings to avoid any illnesses are as follows:​

a) Taking measures to prevent growth of mosquitoes.​

b) Regular cleaning and usage of dustbins in our locality.​

c) Regular cleaning of drains and occasional spray of insecticides.​

d) Urging food vendors to maintain hygiene while cooking and serving food.​
