Let the required number of blocks be n.
Therefore the volume of the n cubical blocks = volume of wood
$n\times {25}^3=300\times 75\times 50$
$\Rightarrow n=\frac{(300\times 75\times 50)}{{25}^3}=12\times 3\times 2$=72
Thus, the required number of blocks are 72.
