' During ice age between 75000-10000 years ago modern homo sapiens arose'.
Homo sapiens are modern men. So, answer is 75000 to 10000 years ago.

But, From discoveries in africa, scientists say that proof of modern man was found ,which was 250000 year old.

In morocco, another fossil of homo sapien 300,000 year old was discovered in 2017.


Although, NCERT has not changed their views. So, answer should be 75000 to 10000.

If this option is absent, you can fairly assume Neanderthal man as modern human and assum 1,00,000 to 40,000 years.
