If current is represented as $^{'} i^{'}$ resistance $^{'} r^{'}$ and time $^{'} t^{'},$ then electrical energy e is defined
$e = i^{2} \times r \times t$
$($ note- time in seconds $= t \times 60$ $)$
$e = 2 \times 2 \times 100 \times 1 \times 60$
$= 24000 j o u l e$
We get, $e = 24000 j o u l e .$
