The correct option is B 50 ml

The markings on the scale are in a difference of 20 ml i.e., 20ml, 40ml, 60ml, and 80ml. The space between the markings is divided into 4 parts using smaller markings. This shows that each marking measures 5 ml and each bigger marking indicates 10 ml. The water is filled up to one large marking above 40 ml.
Hence, the volume is 40 ml + 10 ml = 50 ml.
