Required expression = (x - 2y + 3z) - (3x + 5y - 7)
= x - 2y + 3z - 3x - 5y + 7
Collecting positive and negative like terms together, we get
x - 3x - 2y - 5y + 3z + 7
= - 2x - 7y + 3z + 7
