Let the quantity of milk of 60 per litre required be $Y$ L
According to question ( $84 \times 35 + 60 Y$ ) $\frac{3}{2}$ $= 111 (Y + 35)$
On solving this equation $Y = 25$
So, $25$ L milk costing 60 per litre should be added to mixture
