Pressure=Force/Area
Pressure=$$\begin{gathered} \frac{mg}{A} \\ =\frac{70\times 9.81m/s^2}{0.7m^2} \\ =\frac{686.7}{0.7} \\ =981Pa \end{gathered}$$
(ii) When man is standing on his foot
$$\begin{gathered} Pressure=\frac{70\times 9.81}{70\times {10}^{-4}{m}^2} \\ Pressure=\frac{686.7}{7\times {10}^{-3}} \\ P=98100Pa \\ Regards \end{gathered}$$
