$\Rightarrow \frac{11}{12}x$

Area of the tank : $87.12$ $c{m}^2$

Now $\frac{11}{12}x$ = $87.12$ $c{m}^2$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{87.12\times 12}{11}$

$\Rightarrow 95.04$$m^2$

The amount of steel used is $95.04$ $m^2$
