Let $x k g$ of tea be added.

So, $4 x + 15 \times 10 = (x + 15) \times 6.50$

$4 x + 150 = \frac{13 x}{2} + \frac{15 \times 13}{2}$

$8 x + 300 = 13 x + 195$

$13 x - 8 x = 300 - 195$

$5 x = 105$

$x = 21$

$∴ 21 k g$ of tea should be added.
