How oviduct blocks ? What can be the reason of this blockage ? No menstruation takes place in those women ?

There are various reasons that causes blockage of oviduct or fallopian tube such as pelvic inflammatory diseases, infection of fallopian tube by STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV infection etc. Other possible causes includes peritonitis and endometritis.
Women with blocked oviduct cannot bear children. Fertlization of ovum will not take place when oviducts are blocked because the ovum cannot travel and meet sperm, so pregnancy will not occur but women still ovulate and undergo menstruation.
