How safe would you consider an umbrella made of bamboo frames during lightning? Give reasons.

Lightning is an electric discharge from cloud which can travel through metallic rod of the umbrella because metal is a very good conductor of electricity. Because of this, the person carrying umbrella may experience electric shock. Hence it is not safe to raise an umbrella during thunderstorm where as umbrella made of bamboo frame are safe because bamboos are not conducting elements.
