How the following conversions can be carried out?
$2 -$ Bromopropane to $1 -$ bromopropane

For the given conversion first, 2-bromopropane undergoes elimination reaction in presence of $a l c . K O H$ to form propane.
This propene is then reacted with $H B r$ in presence of peroxide. The propene follows anti-Markownikoff's addition to form 1-bromopropane as a product.
