Solution: A Prime Minister is chosen from among the
members of the Lok Sabha. The leader of the party (or coalition) that wins a majority (more than half the seats) in the Lok Sabha is invited by the President to form the government and appointed as the Prime Minister.

The President appoints the Council of Ministers on the advice of the he Prime Minister.
