Question

How to calculate magnitude of an electronic for an given charge?

Open in App
Solution

You did typing mistake in place of electronic,elctrons will be there

Here is the procedure to calculate

Charge q = ne

Here q is the charge given

n is the number of electron or magnitude of number of electron

e is the charge of electron which has value e = 1.6022 × 10-19 coulombs

If we know q than using formula we can calculate n value

n = q/e
n = q/(1.6022 × 10-19)

n = 6.2414 × 1018 *q

sibstitute the value of q you will get number of electron n
