How to compare the acidic strength by inductive and mesomeric effect?

The mesomeric effect is given priority over Inductive effect when both effects come into play.

Inductive:
More -I (Negative inductive effect) - more acidic
More+I (Positive inductive effect) - less acidic

Mesomeric:
More -M or -R - more acidic.
More+M or +R - less acidic.
