3. Reduce the fraction to the simplest form after canceling all the common factors.

Example : Convert $0.125$ into fraction.

$0.125=\frac{125}{1000}$

After cancelling common factors,

$0.125=\frac{1}{8}$

So, fractional form of $0.125$ is $\frac{1}{8}$.
