How to find atomic mass of any element, explain.

To find the atomic mass of a single atom of an element, we need to add up the mass of protons and neutrons, i.e.,
Atomic mass of an atom of an element =mp+mn
Whereas, mp and mn are mass of protons and neutrons respectively.
