Then, by the formula ,Work=integral F.dx, we can find the work done by the force and using work kinetic energy theorem, ( or law of conservation of mechanical energy )we can find kinetic energy of the particle.we can find potential energy of the particle also if the force is purely conservative . Or, area under the graph of acceleration versus displacement when multiplied by mass of the particle gives work done
