how to identify that following would produce analog signal and which would produce digital signal?
1)a vibrating turning fork produces analog
2) light pulse produces digital

Dear Student ,

a) As we know that vibrating fork produces sound wave which travels in the forms of compression and rarefaction , which can be represented as crest and trough which represents the shape of the sinusoidal wave and also we know that analog signal travels as sine or cosine wave .So , this will analog signal.

b) Similarly , Light pulse travels in the forms of square wave or short pulses , so it will produce digital signals.
