Represent a fraction :

In fraction, there are two numbers. One is written above known as numerator and the other is written below known as denominator and the line between the two number is called fraction bar.

A fraction can be represented by

1. First writing the numerator
2. Then below the numerator a fraction bar is given.
3. Then below the fraction bar denominator is written.

Example $\frac{5}{4},\frac{3}{7}$ are fractions.

Hence, by the above procedure we can represent a fraction.
