Question

How to solve when bases are different and powers are same

Open in App
Solution

When powers are same, try to make the bases in a/b form and then solve

Eg: 6³=(2x)³ find x,

In this take the RHS to LHS,

6³/(2x)³ = 1

(6/(2x))³ = 1
3/x=³√1
3/x = 1
x=3

Like this we can solve problem by taking both base to a common place and taking its power as common
