How to store a u shaped ?? magnet.

Dear student A U magnet is stored in a wooden box with a soft iron placed at the edge. A bar magnet is kept in pairs with opposite poles facing the same direction and separated by a wooden block. The two edges of the magnet are joined by soft iron bar. Regards
