How to take out median?

Solution
Median basically means the central value of all the observations after it is arranged in ascending or descending form.
When there are odd number of observations, you can easily get the middle value. But, in case of even number of observations, you need to take middle two values and then take the average of them.
Eg.
Finding Median of a set of Numbers.
3,6,8,9,11,14,16,20
Fine the mean of the two middle numbers
9+11 = 20
20 ÷ 2 = 10
