How will you convert Acetonitrile to ethanol?

$C H_{3} C \equiv N H_{3} O^{+} - -- \to C H_{3} C O O H L i A l H_{4} - --- \to C H_{3} C H_{2} O H$
In this reaction, first acetonitrile is converted into acetic acid which on reduction in presence of lithium aluminium hydride produces ethanol as a product.
