Iodoform reaction is used for the given conversion.
Iodoform reaction is a chemical reaction in which a methyl ketone is oxidized to a carboxylate by reaction with aqueous NaOH and I2 which on hydrolysis produces carboxylic acid. The reaction also produces iodoform (CHI3), a yellow solid which may precipitate from the reaction mixture.
Ketone don't respond to Fehling and Tollen's reagent. Hence option c is correct.
