How will you distinguish between the following pairs? Write chemical reactions.
(i)CH3OH and C2H5OH

(i) C2H5OH gives iodoform test positive showing yellow ppt but CH3O4 does not.
(ii)Propane2ol gives turbidity in 10 minutes with Lucas reagent but Propane1ol turbidity in 30 minutes.
(iii)2methylpropan2ol give turbidity immediately when treated with Lucas reagent but propan101 takes 30 minutes.
(iv)Ethanol gives +ive iodoform test but propan1ol does not.
