First, get the iron (Fe) from the solution using displacement reaction by aluminium.(aluminium is more reactive than Fe)
$FeC{l}_3\left(aq\right)+Al\left(s\right)\to AlC{l}_3\left(aq\right)+Fe\left(s\right)$
The Fe obtained is reacted with $H_{2}C{O}_3$ acid to give $FeC{O}_3$
$Fe\left(s\right)+H_{2}C{O}_3\left(aq\right)\to FeC{O}_3\left(aq\right)+H_2\left(g\right)$.
