Question

How will you show that air contains water vapour?

Open in App
Solution

Take out a chilled water bottle from the refrigerator and keep it on a table. After sometime, you will observe droplets of water appearing all over the outer surface of the bottle. This happens because the water vapour, present in the air, condenses after coming in contact with the cold surface of the bottle. Hence, this proves that air contains water vapour.
