a.Human activities are largely responsible for distributing the entire balance of nature.
b. Water bodies get excessively polluted due to dumping of industrial waste. Oil spillage. Domestic sewage which is discharged in water bodies, Throwing of plastics in the river, bathing animals
c. This has impacted the quality of water and also impact marine life,
d. Further, construction of dams, according marine biologists impact fish breeding as dams obstruct the natural flow of water.
e. There has been decline in the Penguin population,
f. Primarily due to increase in ocean temperature caused due to global warming
g. Change in climatic conditions in the Antarctic region due to global warming has impacted their population
h. Further, commercial fishing, development of coastal areas, shipping industries, drilling, oil spillage has also impacted and has threatened the existence of penguins .
i. Excessive fishing disturbs the entire food chain of penguins as fish stocks are getting depleted.
