One among the fundamentals Human Rights is the 'right to learn'. The Human Rights department arranged a programme addressing the right to free education.
The programme was arranged by the seaside, where most youngsters spend their evening. Carter Road, Bandra West was the perfect spot for the event. With a footfall of more than 500 people, the department successfully announced its initiative of providing free education, free textbooks, notebooks for any child who wishes to educate themselves. They also announced a programme to educate parents, enabling them to guide their children in their pursuit of learning. They also promised to give insurance and free medical treatment to both parents and their children.
