The hybridisation of Al in AlH3 is sp2 (3 bond pair + 0 lone pair ; trigonal planar) whereas in AlH+4 the hybridisation on Al is sp3 (4 bond pairs + 0 lone pair ; tetrahedral).
The hybridisation on O in both H2O and H3O+ is same, i.e., sp3. But the shape of H2O is bent whereas that of H3O+ is pyramidal.
The hybridisation on N in both NH3 and NH+4 is same, i.e., sp3. But the shape of NH3 is pyramidal whereas that of NH+4 is tetrahedral .
